FAQ for Proverbs 31 Block Club

What if I'm working on a project and want more quilt blocks before they're released to the public on your website to order?
As part of your club membership, you enjoy exclusive early access to my quilt blocks for two full months. If you find yourself needing additional blocks, simply send me a message. I’ll be happy to send you what you need, and I’ll handle payment through an invoice.  

 

What if there’s an issue with my box?
For any concerns, like damaged, missing, or duplicate items, please email me at Support@MyBasketOfFaith.com. I’m committed to swiftly resolving your issue, ensuring your satisfaction.

 

How does the payment work?Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Discover, and Amex. The first charge occurs at the subscription time, while future charges happen on the 9th of each month. Please note that the price of your first box is what you'll pay for all future boxes. Discount codes apply only to the first box. Rest assured, your billing is automatic, ensuring a seamless and worry-free experience throughout your subscription.

Subscribe today, and your box will be mailed in 2-6 business days. After that, you will be automatically billed on the 1st of the month either monthly or every other month, depending on the plan you selected. It’s our way of keeping things simple, timely, and easy to enjoy every month. 

 

Can I use a prepay card?

No. Pre-paid cards are not eligible for recurring payments, which are required for the subscription process. Use a credit or debit card that can process ongoing transactions.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

 

Can I use my loyalty discount code with my payment? 
No, the loyalty discount does not apply to the subscription club. 

 

Can my package be tracked during shipping?
Yes! I exclusively ship with USPS, and every package comes with tracking included.

 

I've moved and need to change my delivery address.

Log in and update your shipping address in your account. Remember this will need to be completed prior to the 1st of the month.

 

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes - you’re always in control. To avoid the next automatic payment, you must do so before the 1st of the month, or you will be charged for your next box.  Simply log into your account, navigate to the “My Subscription” section, where you’ll find pause and cancellation options.  This is also the same place you’ll come when resubscribing when you return.

 

If I pause my subscription, do I still get the special pricing on your website?
No. But, those discounts will be ready for you when you come back!

 

Refunds for Subscriptions

Subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time. 

 

What if I lost my credit card (need to cancel it), and that’s where my automatic payments were coming from?

I completely understand that things happen, and we’ll figure this out together. You’ll need to update your payment method. We will attempt to reprocess the payment a few times before suspending your subscription.  If a payment fails due to an invalid or detached payment, we'll resubmit the charge a few times before we automatically cancel the subscription. If you experience issues with payments, such as failed charges or detached payment methods, please contact Support@MyBasketOfFaith.com.
